Getting to Know Your Paras

Getting to know your paraprofessionals, teaching assistants, and support staff is hugely beneficial to your job! The better relationships you have with your team, the stronger your team becomes, which only benefits all of your students!

The beginning of the year can be very hectic, but I want to stress how important it is to get to know your staff! These little surveys (free!) are the perfect way to show them you care about them, and give you ways to support them and reward them for their hard work all year long.

This survey makes it easier to bring small gifts or find ways to think of your staff and give them feedback throughout the year. You can give this survey to anyone working with your students! They may think it’s fun too 🙂

You can grab the free Para Interest Survey here.
