The Best Printer for Special Education Teachers

Printing in special education is a BIG part of the job! Here are my tips for printing on a budget as a special education teacher!

Printing in special education is a BIG part of the job- and printing in color is necessary! Here are my tips for printing in color and on a budget as a special education teacher!

Printing in special education is a BIG part of the job! Here are my tips for printing on a budget as a special education teacher!

Things like schedule pieces, visuals, and book companions NEED to be printed in color for our special education students to remain engaged and properly retain information. And because our caseloads are so unique- we are constantly downloading new resources and printing and prepping in color.

Color Printing for Special Education Teachers

Are you able to print in color at your school? At my previous schools, we did not have access to color printing- this was completely on the teachers if they wanted to purchase their own color printer or print at home.

Printing in Color on a Budget

Printing at home- and in color- and on a budget- seems impossible right? Think again! There is an amazing program available that will allow you to do just that!

Enroll in HP Insta Ink here!

Meet HP Insta Ink- The Perfect Printing Program for Special Ed Teachers

Hp Insta Ink allows teachers to print in color, and have a set budget!

HP Instant Ink is based on pages, not cartridges. When you enroll, you choose a plan based on the number of pages you would like to print monthly (there are many options). Your monthly fee allows you to use our subscription cartridges to print your plan pages and includes ink or toner, delivery and recycling. The best part- your printer communicates with HP and auto mails you new cartridges before you know you need them. No more trips to staples!

You pay for the pages you print NOT the amount of ink or toner!

The pricing levels are based on the number of pages you print each month, and not on how much ink or toner you use. (page costs the same for print or color!) Heavy color printer users will most likely see an immediate lowering of their monthly toner costs immediately.

What if I Don’t Use all my Pages?

If you don’t use all the pages one month, but will use double the next- this is for you! You can rollover your unused pages month to month!

What Printers Does This Work For?

Hp Insta Ink only works with elligible printers– check to see if your printer is on the list- or purchase a new printer and get 6 months of ink for FREE! (definitely worth purchasing a printer for the overall savings)

What Printers do you recommend?

The following color printers are elligible for HP Insta Ink, you will also receive 6 months of ink for free when you purchase with my affiliate link!
