Autism Awareness Month!

It’s almost time for my absolute FAVORITE time of year! April gives us so many opportunities to share our love, spread understanding, and raise awareness for all things Autism. Whether it be by sharing blog posts, wearing an awareness t shirt, hosting an awareness day at school (WINK coming soon), or just spreading some extra love, this is your month as a teacher to TALK ABOUT IT, because that is the best way to spread awareness of all.

Autism Awareness

The people that interact with our children and students each and every day are what makes them so successful. I love to thank these people every chance we get to make sure they know how loved and thankful we are for them.

Use these cards to thank your child’s therapist, teachers, or neighbors. Use these cards to thank your schools service providers, special education staff, office staff, cafeteria staff, and those special people that bring by treats and gifts for your classroom just because.

Our children are so special and important. Spreading awareness for them, is the least we can do. & giving them a voice while at it, now that is something magical.

(and they are FREE! Grab them HERE!) My kids will write on them, draw pictures, and pass out with some special treats that we will make in our cooking class!

Autism Awareness

And I also have a treat to thank ALL OF YOU! A giveaway! Follow the giveaway to enter to win EIGHT amazing resources to your doorstep, PREPPED AND READY TO GO. (talk about the gift of TIME right?)

Remember to enjoy your month and spread awareness, we all love what we do!
