ABC Pride
Best for Ages: 2-5
“A is for Acceptance! ! B is for Belonging! ! C is for Celebrate!” This book is great for introducing your youngest readers to the LGBTQIA+ community as well as highlighting ways to be inclusive. The illustrations in this book are so beautiful! This book really explains gender, identity, and diverse families to children in a very simple way.
Love Makes a Family
Best for ages: Baby to 5 years
This is an inclusive board book that shares the true meaning of what makes a family… love! The images are inclusive and shows a variety of family units.
Pink is for Boys
Best for Ages: 2-8
“Pink is for boys . . . and girls . . . and everyone!” This might be my absolute favorite book for kids. This book shows through beautiful images that colors are for everyone regardless of gender. This book teaches kids to love what they love… whether that be pink or blue… or cars or unicorns.
