December in my autism classroomCan you believe it’s almost time for the holidays!? I am SO EXCITED. Especially to spend the holiday’s with our puppy, Brody! He is pretty excited too (and just got neutered poor guy)!

This season is all about THEME work. The fun themes tricks our kiddos into working hard on their goals and skills & thinking it is fun! Well, it IS fun! And fun for us too!

Here is what I’m using this December!

❆ First up is December Vocab. Yes, I mention this every month and will continue to mention it. I cannot express enough how much this has done for my kids! They continue to gain more and more vocabulary each month and it is presented at their level. It works for my multi level classroom and is jam packed with curriculum to use across all settings all month long! January Vocab is now posted too, if  you want to get a head start on prep or need something that is less holiday based!

❆ HUGE TIME SAVER ALERT! These worksheets have been saving my life. I admittedly have been in over my head this month. With the holidays, shopping, baking, report cards, parent teacher conferences, I feel like I am drowning! These worksheets have given me some extra time in the classroom. They work on all basic skills your kids need to succeed. Whether these are skills they have already mastered or just learning, these sheets are a huge help this holiday season! Hello Holidays NO prep pack– just print and go!Hello Holidays Basic Skills No prep pack

❆ December Fine Motor Sheets! I usually only have this available in a HUGE growing bundle, but after many requests have decided to break it off to allow you to first try it before you invest in the larger bundle! I use these fine motor sheets as morning work, your OTs will LOVE you! They are differentiated to meet the needs of all students from beginning cutters to those who need extra practice. The fun themes keep them motivated! My kids beg for these and some even WORK to earn them! Try out the December Pack! You can grab the growing bundle here!
