Academics Blog Freebies Task Boxes

FREE Emotions Task Box

I am ALWAYS trying to help you build your independent work library. Why? It is a HUGE part of why I think a classroom runs smoothly. The fact is… most of us are understaffed, this area of your classroom gives you the opportunity to get more 1:1 time with students  WHILE also building student independence. It’s a huge win. (to find out how to get started right now… click here)

Teaching feelings and emotions are hard. Though this task doesn’t directly teach the way they feel… it is a great matching task to pair with social stories or books that work on emotions (I’ll link some at the end!)

This task is great because it has two levels included ( and it’s FREE!) You can have students match picture to picture OR picture to word. It leaves room for them to move up a level.. and leaves you room to challenge them!
